We just posted a press release from Kee announcing that the company and Eugenio Postorivo Jr., (former owner and President of National Paintball Supply which was sold and essentially became half of K.A.S.) have reached a settlement in their long-standing dispute(s).
Those disputes followed on the acquisition and involved a whole host of issues – most of which the paintball public was not privy too.
